Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Conquest. By accessing or purchasing from this store (godlyconquest.co.za), you agree to the following terms. Please read them.

1. Who we are. Conquest ("we", "us", "our") is a faith-forward apparel brand operated from South Africa. You can reach us at godlyconquest@gmail.com

2. Products. Our items are made to order through a third-party print partner. Slight variations in colour, print placement, and finish are normal for made-to-order and distressed/vintage-style garments and are not defects.

3. Pricing and payment. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is placed. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

4. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or fraud is suspected. Because items are made to order, change or cancellation requests must reach us within 12 hours of ordering and cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

5. Returns and refunds. As items are custom-made on demand, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size chosen by the customer — please use the size guide. We do replace or refund items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted, per our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.

6. Intellectual property. All artwork, designs, logos, the Conquest name, the sword-cross mark, and all site content are the property of Conquest and are protected by copyright and trademark. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use them for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conquest is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.

10. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site at the time of your order applies.
