Shipping Policy
Made to order. Every Conquest piece is printed to order through our production partner. Nothing sits in a warehouse — it's made for you once you order, which is why our timelines have two parts: production and then shipping.
Production time. Orders are produced within 2–7 business days before they ship. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping time (after production).
- South Africa: approximately 3–7 business days.
- International: approximately 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Total delivery time = production + shipping.
Shipping costs. Calculated at checkout based on your address and order. Any promotions (e.g. free shipping over a threshold) will be shown at checkout.
Tracking. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Delays. Occasionally production or couriers run behind (peak periods, customs, weather). We'll do our best to keep you informed, but we can't be held liable for courier delays outside our control.
Wrong or incomplete address. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Orders returned or lost due to an incorrect address may require a re-shipping fee.
Lost, damaged, or misprinted items. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us at godlyconquest@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Verified production defects are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
Customs & duties (international). International orders may incur import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping.
